News Release-Colorado Real Estate Commission To Accept the Surrender of Licensee Involved in Personal Property Auctions
DENVER, COLORADO-On September 20, 2024, the Colorado Real Estate Commission (the 鈥淐ommission鈥�) entered into a Stipulation and Final Agency Order with licensee, Rachelle Marie Paplow, License IL.100035926, for license surrender and public censure. 乐竞体育全站 Division of Real Estate (the 鈥淒ivision鈥�), part of the Department of Regulatory Agencies (鈥淒ORA鈥�), conducted a detailed investigation and found evidence of misconduct and license law violations by the licensee.
